License suspension periods in Kansas increase with each DUI within the lookback period:

Refusing the chemical test

Refusal: 1-year suspension + 2-year IID (first); test failure at 0.08–0.149 also 30-day susp + 180-day restricted. Kansas also had a separate 'refusal crime' (§ 8-1025) struck down by the state Supreme Court (State v. Ryce) — refusal is now civil only. Verify at page QC.
