Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information
Effective
We don’t sell your personal information for money, and we never hand your email address to an advertiser. But this site is supported by advertising, and California law (the CCPA, as amended by the CPRA) treats disclosing identifiers to advertising partners for cross-context behavioral advertising as a “sale” or “share.” So we give you a way out of it — and not only if you live in California.
Global Privacy Control
If your browser or an extension sends a Global Privacy Control signal, we honor it automatically as an opt-out request. You don’t need to use the switch above.
Opting out everywhere at once
The switch above covers this site. To opt out across many advertisers at the same time, use the Network Advertising Initiative or YourAdChoices, and review your Google ad settings at My Ad Center.
Your other rights
You can also ask us what personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email privacy@duilawsbystate.com from the address you signed up with, or tell us enough to find your record. We will not treat you differently for asking.
An authorized agent may submit a request on your behalf with written permission from you.
Full detail is in our Privacy Policy.
