First offense: IID not required at this level — Mandatory 6 months if BAC 0.15+ or minor in vehicle.
Second offense: IID required — IID minimum 1 year (2 years if BAC 0.15+).
Third offense: IID required — IID minimum 2 years.
Fourth+ offense: IID required
